Unless otherwise stated:
- Diagnostic Fee: $65
- Flat Labor Rate: $149.99
Additional charges may apply for:

- Commercial equipment
- After-hours or emergency service
A technician will explain applicable charges before performing repairs whenever possible.
- Diagnostic Fee
The diagnostic fee covers the technician's visit and professional diagnosis of the reported issue.
The diagnostic fee is non-refundable after the diagnosis has been completed.
If a repair is approved during the same visit, the diagnostic fee may be applied toward the repair labor where applicable.
- Estimates
Repair estimates are based on information available at the time of diagnosis.
Additional issues discovered during repair may require updated estimates and customer approval.
- Parts
We use genuine OEM parts whenever available. High-quality aftermarket parts may be used when appropriate.
Part availability depends on manufacturers and suppliers.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Manufacturer backorders
- Shipping delays
- Discontinued parts
- Supply chain disruptions
- Warranty
We stand behind our workmanship.
Warranty coverage applies only to repairs performed by IAS Appliance Solutions LLC and is limited to the specific parts replaced and labor performed.
Warranty does not cover:
- Misuse
- Abuse
- Improper installation
- Power surges
- Pest damage
- Water damage
- Fire or flood damage
- Acts of nature
- Unrelated appliance failures
- Customer-supplied parts unless otherwise stated
Warranty becomes void if another repair company or unauthorized individual services the appliance before we inspect the reported issue.
- Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide safe access to the appliance
- Ensure utilities (water, gas, electricity) are available
- Remove personal belongings from the work area
- Secure pets during service visits
- Disclose any known hazards
If conditions are unsafe, we may refuse service.
- Cancellations
We request advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Repeated cancellations or missed appointments may result in refusal of future service or additional service charges.
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, IAS Appliance Solutions LLC shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Incidental damages

- Lost income
- Food spoilage
- Loss of business
- Loss of use
- Water damage caused by pre-existing appliance failures
- Manufacturer defects beyond our control
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific repair service provided.
